Yoga has fundamentally changed Janice’s life, and it’s a privilege for her to now share this practice with others.
She teaches strong, fluid Vinyasa classes with a deep emphasis on the breath as a guiding force. Her sequences are thoughtfully structured—beginning gently, gradually building in energy and physicality, and then softening into deep rest.
Janice’s aim is to create a space where students can move with awareness, explore their practice with curiosity, and leave feeling both grounded and refreshed.
